03 Can I delete and re-install my Olysim eSIM?
We do not recommend deleting your eSIM in order to re-install it. eSIMs may be digital, but each has a unique identifier and in general, once installed on a user's phone, it is not possible to transfer them or install again.
04 Can I use the Olysim eSIM if my phone is locked to a specific mobile carrier?
If your smartphone is carrier locked, you can't activate Olysim data plan. To access our services, ask your carrier to unlock your phone. Once unlocked, you can choose any Olysim plan you like!
