How to add more data (top up)
Quick answer
Open the Olysim app or My SIM on the website, choose your eSIM and tap Top Up. Pick a pack and pay. The data goes onto the same eSIM, with no new QR code.

Website: go to My eSIM.

Choose the eSIM you want to top up.
Top up shows once the eSIM has been activated at your destination.

Tap Top Up and pick a data pack.
Packs match the countries your eSIM covers.

Pay, and the data is added to the same eSIM.
No need to scan anything again.
Common questions
Why can't I see the Top Up button?
Top up is only available once the eSIM has been activated, which happens when it first connects at your destination.
Do I need a new QR code after topping up?
No. The new data goes onto the eSIM you already have.
