When will my Olysim SIM card arrive?
We deliver to your door in India, usually in 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location. You can follow your order under My SIM on the website or in the Olysim app.
Order early, so the SIM card reaches you with a few days to spare before you fly.
Order status, step by step
- Preparing for dispatch: we are packing your SIM card.
- On the way: it has left us and is with the courier.
- Delivered: it has reached your address.
Some orders need documents first
Some plans need ID documents before we can send them. If yours does, we ask you to upload them after you pay and remind you on WhatsApp. Your SIM card ships once they are checked.
Flying very soon?
If your phone supports eSIM, an eSIM is the safer choice: it arrives by email in seconds. Dial *#06# and look for an EID to check.
Common questions
Can I change my delivery address?
Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. We can change it if the SIM card has not left us yet.
My SIM card is late and I fly soon. What can I do?
Message us on WhatsApp with your order details and travel date. We will check with the courier and suggest the fastest option.
