Can I move my eSIM to a new phone?
Quick answer
Usually not. A travel eSIM installs on one phone and cannot be moved once it is installed. If you change phone before your trip, message us before you delete anything.
Not installed yet?
If you have not scanned the QR code yet, simply install it on the new phone.
Already installed?
Keep the eSIM on the old phone if you can, and use that phone for data, or share it with a hotspot. Message us on WhatsApp and we will check the options for your plan.
Getting a new iPhone?
iPhone's eSIM transfer is made for home network plans. Most travel eSIMs, including Olysim, do not move this way, so do not delete the eSIM on the old phone.
